Our Products
All fish are caught by us aboard the Pacific Prowler and are processed locally by SSI Sea Products or by North Delta Seafoods. This makes all products 100% traceable. With a very limited catch we want to make sure every ounce of these beautiful and nutritious fish are used. We hope you enjoy them as we do: Bones in, collars, fins and bellies on. This does make for variable cuts and sizes but we wouldn’t serve our fish to our friends and family any other way.
